What is the Bible Project?
The Bible Project is a non-profit animation studio that produces short-form, fully animated videos to make the biblical story accessible to everyone, everywhere. They create videos, podcasts, and study guides that explore the Bible’s unified story. The Bible is a divine-human book that speaks God’s word to His people. We believe it ultimately points us to Jesus, who has the power to change individuals and whole communities when we let the biblical story speak for itself. We focus on the Bible's overarching themes and each book’s literary design and are committed to understanding the Bible in its historical context.
Reaching the Next Generation
For so many, the Bible is used as a devotional grab bag. For others, it is an instructional manual that fell out of the sky. And sadly, for many more, it is an oppressive book of out-dated rules used to control people. All of their videos are viewable on www.thebibleproject.com, The Bible App: Read Scripture, and YouTube, among others. We are approaching 100 million views across all of our media channels in over 200 countries, and have over one million subscribers worldwide. Viewership is evenly distributed between ages 18 to 45. We are inspiring the next generation to explore the Bible through the mediums in which they have been raised, visual storytelling and technology. They simply desire to help others understand the scriptures and all their complex themes in a way that is engaging, approachable, and transformative.

Our hope is that this resource will shine some light on some difficult pieces of scripture as well as to reach all generations with the Word of God.
