Our Building is Available For the Community to Use!

We are excited to offer the community center to be used for your events! The Community Center will be available for outside usage every Saturday (except when closed for holidays or unforeseen circumstances) and will have numerous time slots available from 12pm-6pm. While we strive to offer this resource to those that are interested, all building use must agree to the following:
New Hope Community Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to operate as a center, offering regular classes, programs, and a meeting space for the local community of Hornell and its surrounding communities. While we do allow for outside usage of our facilities as scheduling permits, we reserve the right to restrict the use of our facility to activities and events which are consistent with New Hope Wesleyan Church’s religious beliefs and The Discipline of the Wesleyan Church, and to persons who agree to abide to the terms listed within the building use agreement. While we are offering for this space to be made available at no cost, it will be the party's responsibility to compensate any/all damages to premises and/or equipment, and to personnel that would be needed to stay and run tech equipment. We also desire for parties to leave the center in the same shape it was in when they arrive. *PLEASE NOTE THAT BUILDING USE REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF EVENT AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY PER THE COMMUNITY CENTER SCHEDULE. SCHEDULED EVENTS ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO CANCELATION DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS. |
